STORMWORKS Chapter 13: Whispers on the Wind is the Troy University Symphony Band’s second recording endeavor with Grammy nominated and Telly Award-winning Composer Stephen Melillo.

• Troy University Symphony Band was the first collegiate band in Alabama to be the sole recording ensemble for a single composer writing original music for band recognized by the Grammy awards, and to have produced these worldwide CD and download releases. It was also the first collegiate ensemble to utilize the DIGICARD ™ Music Card as a delivery system for the music’s release.
