Mr. Paul McNeeley

Paul McNeeley is the coordinator of the Instructional Television system of the Okaloosa County (FL) School District where he produces video programs highlighting the Okaloosa County schools.
In addition to his duties as Instructional Television Coordinator, Mr. McNeeley is currently in his 20th year as the voice of the Troy University “Sound of the South” Marching Band and the Symphony Band. He is a graduate of Troy University and an alumnus of both the “Sound of the South” and the Symphony Band. His previous positions have included serving as Executive Director of Troy University Montgomery’s Davis Theatre for the Performing Arts; as an Army Technician working full time for the Army National Guard; and as an air personality with WTBF Radio.
Mr. McNeeley received his Bachelor’s degree in Musical Theater Production from Troy. He retired from the Army National Guard as a Sergeant First Class with 30 years of service in 2011.
Mr. McNeeley’s affiliations include the Troy University Band Alumni Association (past president), Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma. He and his wonderful wife Cheley now live in Navarre, Florida where everyday is "another day in Paradise!"
