Bronda Barron is the
majorette coordinator for the South of the South Marching Band and the
business manager for the Distance Learning Center at Troy University.
Ms. Barron has over twenty years of twirling experience, including four
years with the Sound of the South Marching Band. She designed and taught
choreography for dancers and twirlers for talent competitions, beauty
pageants and marching competitions. She also has judged many high schools
and college majorette auditions. Ms. Barron has taught private baton
lessons over the past fifteen years for local high school majorettes
for majorette tryouts. She teaches baton lessons to girls ranging from
age six to thirteen; teaching fundamentals and group routines for local
performances. Bronda resides in Troy with her husband Lavonne and their
two daughters, Carrley and Cailyn.
